Synopsis

Some Polynesian islands have no airport. Their only link with Tahiti is the Mareva Nui, a cargo ship that goes to the isolated islands of the Tuamotu archipelago.

In Makatea, a land damaged by phosphate mining, the arrival of the boat is always an event and a way to sell copra, one of the only riches of these lost lands.
