Synopsis

At a rehabilitation center in the heart of the Kenyan savannah, brothers Roan and Taru, aged 15 and 16, live alongside Dido, a two-year-old elephant.

Alongside the keepers who work at the shelter, the siblings are united in their common goal to recreate a home that most closely resembles the one the young elephants would have had in the wild. They care for the animals’ physical and mental wellbeing until the time comes to say goodbye when they return to their natural habitat.
