Synopsis

A Halloween that didn't go as planned.

Fully dressed up, Mr. Gluzicky was expecting to take part in a ghoulish procession in the streets of New York. Instead, he spent the evening trying to survive Hurricane Sandy, which nearly swept the city away.

However, with his guide, Michel, they drudged through the flood, managing to have a tour of New York as planned. What a crazy night to end a crazy day.
