Synopsis

Our journey begins with the world capital of wine, Bordeaux. The city is intrinsically linked to the wine merchants who set up shop on the banks of the Garonne around the “Port de la Lune”, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

The visit would not be complete without a tour of the most prestigious estates of Bordeaux (Saint-Emilion, Côtes de Blaye, Pauillac ...) to meet their owners and cellar masters.

A bit further south, we visit an unusual property whose owner has invented a startling vinification technic by immersing his vats 15 meters underwater.
