Fred Chesneau meets the Danish community of Paris. Homemade Smørrebrød (Scandinavian bread), salads, gravlax, fricadelle and typical pastries, accompanied by Gløgg (mulled wine) and beer are among the dishes on the menu for a Danish Christmas table.
Fred then takes us to the Turkish district of Paris to discover Böreks (salty pastries), Lahmajoun (Turkish pizza) and Künefe (cheese and pistachio dessert). He even learns how to make Manti and Kefte and locates the best kebab in Paris.
