Synopsis
The Portuguese gastronomy opens its doors to Fred with grilled chorizo, cod dishes and of course the famous Pasteis de nata.
Last but not least, Fred takes us to “Little Tokyo” to eat some gyoza, tempura and ramen. He also cooks some Japan-inspired dishes in his kitchen, giving us some of his own recipes.
