Synopsis

In Paris, there is a "little Serbia" hidden in a small street full of grocery stores, newsstands, and Serbian restaurants. Fred discovers a cuisine and a people he knows little about and gets interested in traditional dishes such as the Chopska salad or the Burek.

Fred then sets out to explore the culinary traditions of the Spanish community in the capital, which is quite large and very well integrated. He introduces us to a grocery store and a restaurant where tapas are obviously in the spotlight.
