Synopsis

Fred travels around the capital in search of Lebanese specialties. Where to taste the best chich taouk or the real chawarma? During his quest, he learns how to prepare the traditional kebbes.

The globe-cooker then immerses himself in the Vietnamese community of Paris to discover refined dishes such as pho, the traditional soup, banh bao (steamed brioche stuffed with meat) or the inescapable bo bun.
