Synopsis
There are over 60,000 Brazilians living in Paris, hence the number of grocery stores and restaurants from that country in the city. For Fred, telling the story of Brazilian cuisine is like telling the story of a multicultural cuisine because of the African, European and indigenous influences.
Fred also discovers the culinary specialties of Mauritius, inspired in turn by Indian, Chinese and Creole traditions, like the peoples of the island who blend different ethnic groups.
