Synopsis

Throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, Poland was under the domination of neighboring powers, causing a mass exile of the population especially to France and Paris. To immerse himself in this community, Fred goes to the crypt of the Saint Honoré church during the Easter celebrations. Volunteers there serve classics such as pounchkis, homemade doughnuts.

He then apprehends a completely different continent by digging into the incredibly rich Mexican culinary traditions. Indeed, Mexican cuisine has been declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
