Synopsis

Many sailors have seen their ships torn apart on these coasts covered with fearsome fossil sandbanks hardened by time. It is said that the giant Gargantua himself shaped the landscape. This is how this geological wonder came to be a long time ago.

The great diversity of this region is at the origin of several legends, such as the one of the Cathedral of Amiens or that of the ragged tree and the fairy rings.
