Synopsis

This film follows a year of training for a group of six fire officers, from their instruction to their first steps in the field. The aim is to prepare them to make the right decisions when their teams intervene in a road accident, a fire, or after a terrorist attack, making sure they do the right thing at the right time.

During this intensive period, they are confronted with "real-life" exercises in which vital decisions must be made within seconds. Their commitment, state of mind, and ability to manage their emotions are put to the test.

Will they show qualities of responsibility, self-sacrifice, and exemplary behavior necessary to guide men and women in action?
