Synopsis
Although the smallest state in North Africa, Tunisia and its 10 million inhabitants have always been the most avant-garde and cosmopolitan country of the Maghreb.
It has been the cradle of the mythical Cartago and has been influenced by multiple powers (including the Roman, the French, and the Arabs) but has managed to retain only the best from each. Moreover, like its diverse traditions, Tunisia also offers a wide range of striking landscapes.
From the genteel Mediterranean touch in the north to the scorching deserts of the south, the "Jasmine Country" offers a wealth of fascinating experiences and discoveries.
