Synopsis
On the gentle slopes of a mountain, between the green ferns, sits a small hive inhabited by hundreds of little black bees. These beautiful insects have led an exciting life here for over 5,000 years.
This film follows the life of a swarm for a year: the spring awakening, the swarming, the rearing of new queens, the ban of bumblebees after the nuptial flight, the massacre of the males, the pollination, and then, little by little, with the coming of winter, the return to the great sleep.
