Synopsis

July 26, 1999, Eich clinic in Luxembourg. Beatriz Missenard, 46 years old, is hospitalized for food poisoning. Her condition has improved thanks to antibiotics.

The medical team is considering discharging her when Beatriz suffers violent convulsions. She is rushed to the intensive care unit where she struggles between life and death for two hours before succumbing. There is no explanation for this sudden and mysterious death. An investigation is opened.

Post-mortem examinations lead to a criminal case. Indeed, Beatriz Missenard had been poisoned with cyanide. It was therefore a murder. But who could have wanted to kill this quiet, married woman?
