Synopsis

Yuzu, Buddha's hand, caviar lemon. The lemon family is large, and some members are far from our classic yellow lemons.

In the highlands of southern Japan, the cultivation of yuzu has saved a village from oblivion. In France, over a thousand varieties of citrus fruit are grown, most little-known. And in Sicily, sun-drenched fruits nourished by the fertile soils of Mount Etna grace the country's finest tables.
