Synopsis

From Cap d'Antibes to the rocky inlets of Marseille, the coastal paths encompass some of the most spectacular sites on the Mediterranean coast, offering a unique insight into the heritage of Provence.

Every day, Brother Vincent sets off from the island of Saint-Honorat to get to an exceptional restoration project: that of the monastery tower of the Abbaye de Lérins, a unique monument built at the end of the 11th century.

Every summer, he also takes care of the grape harvest with the help of a few volunteers and the monks of Lérins. This is an opportunity for the abbey to produce its wine, which is exported as far away as Japan.
