Synopsis

England is home to majestic landscapes: cliffs facing the sea, bright green pastures, and picturesque harbors. From the Isle of Wight to Yorkshire, 36 million tourists come each year to enjoy London, its frantic capital, but also the bucolic charm of its provinces.

But the island faces more threats with increased storms and downpours that exert tremendous pressure on its inhabitants. Along the coasts, entire villages are threatened by erosion, while inland major floods follow one another.

A situation that is exacerbated by an underperforming compensation system.
