Synopsis

The contrast is striking from the top of the Monserrate hill, which separates the modern and wild worlds. On one side is the city of Bogotá with its rich and colorful Hispanic architecture; on the other are nature and the indigenous peoples.

As we travel through Colombia and its history, we meet the natives who live away from modern society. They stayed close to nature, perpetuating ancestral hunting and farming techniques, natural medicine, and several rituals, dances, and almost shamanic songs.
