Synopsis

SECRETS OF HISTORY goes to Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic, in the footsteps of one of the greatest composers of all times: Ludwig van Beethoven.

Two and a half centuries after his birth, his works continue to be played all over the world. Indeed, the man was a visionary who revolutionized his art and left an exceptional legacy.

After growing up in Bonn, Beethoven began his musical career in Vienna, where his success hid a terrible secret: the composer had been deaf since his early 30's. He would never hear some of his works.
