Synopsis

Arica is the last important city in the north of Chile, on the border with Peru.

Located in the Atacama Desert, Arica is known for its port activity, but also for its festival of Andean dances: the "Carnaval con la Fuerza del sol", "the carnaval with the power of the sun".
