Synopsis

The Roaring Twenties opened the 20th century under the sign of development, celebration and eccentricity. This new age, punctuated by conferences and treaties, preached peace, international collaboration and disarmament.

However, when a federation of Berber tribes demanded independence, Spain and France, determined to preserve their hegemony, responded with force.

They replied to the affront against imperialism with bombs and chemical weapons until they crushed the first anti-colonial revolt.
