Bush assures the United Nations Security Council that Iraq is in possession of "weapons of mass destruction" and poses a threat to the United States, particularly through its links with Al Qaeda. "We have a first-hand description" of these installations of death, explains Colin Powell, the Secretary of State at the UN.

It is all untrue. A fabrication taken up by the American government used to invade Iraq in 2003.
