Synopsis

At the foot of the majestic Calvi Citadel on the island of Corsica, 26 meters underwater, lies an American plane from WWII.

On February 14, 1944, while flying towards Italy, the B17 bomber, surrounded by its squadron, is attacked by the German air force.

The pilot, with only one engine out of four functioning, tries the impossible: save the crew. Where did this bomber come from? Why did it crash here? What happened to the airmen?
